Our Return Policy:

You MUST email the store during store hours before returning an item, our email is Theturquoisepistol@yahoo.com.
If you have purchased a pre-order item, we are not able to refund you as we have already gotten your item on order with the dealer.

Due to frequent inventory changes, we do not allow exchanges. You may repurchase the item in the correct sizing you need or you can wait until you receive store credit.

Merchandise may be returned for Store credit only!

We only accept returns within 7 days of it being delivered (we do not count Sunday). For example if you receive the item on a Monday you have before the following Tuesday to ship those items back to the store. Please email us a copy of the tracking number. If item/items are ineligible for a return we will hold them until the customer pays another $8 shipping fee to have the item/items sent back to them.
To be eligible for a return; item/items must still have tags intact, unwashed, unworn, and odor-free.

We DO NOT accept any returns anytime we are having a sale or promotion.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Things to consider

Lost Packages: We will do everything we can to help you but once it is out of our hands we are not responsible for the package and we can not issue a refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

No, we ship so quickly that once your order has been placed, our system automatically processess a shipping label, etc. Once you receive the package you are more than welcome to ship it back to us at your own cost and as long as it adheres to our return policy store credit will be issued.

What sizes do you carry?

We strive to offer a full range of sizes from extra small to extra large. However, sizing availability can vary by brand, and not all styles come in every size—but we always snag extended sizing whenever we can.

Some brands may offer additional size options, so we encourage you to explore all the styles you love and carefully read each product description. We personally try on our pieces to provide the most accurate, transparent fit notes and sizing guidance possible.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders are processed within 3–4 business days, and once shipped, typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Please note that holidays or high-volume periods may cause slight delays.

All orders are shipped via USPS using 2–3 business day shipping and include up to $100 insurance. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

There is nothing more annoying than an item running small and sitting there trying to decide what size you need, been there, done that! We totally get it!
